Job Description
From pre-admission through payment, this key position is responsible for patient case management including care management, discharge planning, UR, and fiscal/payer management. Required is a keen awareness of community and government agencies, insurance benefit coverage, DRG/CMG payment systems. RN preferred/related health care professions considered with at least 3 years medical case management/discharge planning experience.
