Job Description

When you join the team as a HR/Administrative Coordinator, you will manage all aspects of the Human Resources Department in coordination with the Regional Human Resources Director and the Corporate Human Resources/Payroll Department. You will provide services that include applicant sourcing and recruiting, employee orientation, personnel file maintenance, new hire paperwork/processing, compensation coordination, licensure tracking and maintenance, benefit and payroll administration and oversight, corporate compliance, workers compensation, employee education and training, employee relations/investigations support, and policy and procedure interpretation. The Human Resources/Administrative Coordinator will actively participate in the JCAHO/Medicare or other surveys acting as the representative for Human Resources. The HR/Administrative Coordinator will coordinate competency reviews and required clinical education compliance.
