The Clinical Charge Reviewer is a professional whose primary functions are to provide unit and area specific auditing of clinical services and procedures within revenue producing departments throughout the organization; conduct charge reconciliation to ensure optimal charge capture, as well as educate staff on revenue management, and regulatory policies and procedures in an effort to maximize reimbursements and minimize delays in the business operations cycle.
EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Successful completion of college coursework in Anatomy and Physiology and Medical Terminology
Current clinical practicing license/certification in nursing, or allied health services occupation with a minimum of 2 years clinical experience
