Must have Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management or closely related field; equivalent experience will be considered. Must have previous supervisory or leadership experience of two years or more, of ten or more people, in a food service environment. Two or more years experience in health care food service operation, preferred. Serv Safe or HACCP Certification preferred. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills required. Must be able to lift 30 pounds unassisted.
