Performs as a patient advocate to coordinate the resolution of patient care issues and concerns. Works closely with medical staff, physician office staff, nursing staff, registration staff and the Emergency Department to improve customer service and satisfaction. This position is designed to strengthen, personalize and enhance relationships between the patient and Randolph Hospital. Requires excellent communication skills. Minimum of 2 years customer service experience required. An understanding of hospital operations is preferred. Previous experience should include direct experience in complaint management or consumer affairs, word processing and data base management is required. Must have High School diploma or GED. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Noon to 8:30
