About Vidant Medical Center
Vidant Medical Center is a fully accredited, 900+ bed regional referral facility encompassing a Level-1 Trauma Center and extensive inpatient and outpatient services including intensive and intermediate care, pediatrics, bariatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, surgery, pain management and psychiatry.

Provides information and assistance to patients, visitors, and staff.
Greets and assists patients and guests in and out of their vehicles, opening all vehicle doors for them.
Utilizes compassion, teamwork, and cultural diversity to provide service.
Assists handicapped/infirmed persons via wheelchair to enter facility.
Demonstrates acceptable level of work habits including safety precautions.
Parks and retrieves guest vehicles as needed, utilizing proper valet techniques, safety, and recording of transaction in log.
Exercises full compliance of Vidant Health policies/procedure, including service standards, Infection Control, Safety, HIPPA, and EMTALA.
Monitors designated parking area and accesss control equipment.
Uses safety precautions to include ergonomic lifting as needed.
Primarily responsible for bookkeeping, cash handling and office related functions.
Is a fully trained cashier and valet parking attendant, meeting all qualifications and following same policies/procedure.
Deposits all funds according to policy with second party verification.
Maintains daily and monthly reporting including but not limited to: deposits, ticket controls, validations, and payroll etc.
Audits tickets daily.
Meets professional standards including appearance and image.
Understands that schedules are changed as needed to meet patient and operational needs and cross-training for and usage in other parking positions is expected.
Minimum Requirements
H.S. graduate or equivalent.required.
1 to 3 years experience preferably as a cashier, in customer service or as a receptionist.
Valid N.C. Driver's License required. Good driving record (DMV).
Employee must be able to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
Cash handling, computer, and customer service skills required.

Other Information
1 full time vacancy, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.
$10.00 - $16.00
