Randolph Hospital is seeking candidate that can work in a fast paced growing environment with ability to multi-task and problem solve individually and as part of a team. Candidate will need to have a working knowledge of consolidated financial statements and notes to not for profit and for profit statement presentation. Also required is an understanding of unique reimbursement issues of not for profit organizations. Candidate will need to have advanced knowledge of financial statement presentation for a variety of different arrangements including Wholly Owned, Joint Venture and Minority Interest subsidiaries. Candidate will assist the Director of Finance/Controller with estimates and calculations used in reporting on standard statements and other special projects as needed.
Position requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting plus a minimum of five (5) years experience in an accounting, preferably in a hospital environment or with complex hospital audit experience with a public accounting firm. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required as well as advanced analytical skills.
