Strategic responsibility for planning, directing, and evaluating all short and long range programs relating to the utilization of Human Resources in the organization. Plans, directs, and supervises such functions as staffing, orientation, policies and procedures, compensation, benefits, employee relations, employee wellness programs, and employee satisfaction.
Bachelors Degree, minimum of five (5) years of Human Resources generalist experience, at least two (2) of which should be as a key decision maker; healthcare experience is helpful but not required. Master's Degree preferred. PHR/SPHR preferred. Ability to analyze information and recommend solutions; strong leadership and communications skills; ability to apply creative solutions to problems.
