Provides support and on-call coverage for Applications Support Team. Works with Clinical departments to assist with the planning, selection and implementation of information systems. Coordinates and assesses equipment upgrades and provides user support.Responsible for the testing, installation and support of software applications. The analyst acts as a liaison between end users, third parties and vendors.
The following qualifications, or equivalents, are the minimum requirements necessary to perform the essential functions of this position: Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Information Technology, or sciences required.Requires the ability to independently interact with customers and demonstrate critical thinking and follow through when developing solutions to identified issues. Project management and health care experience required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Power Point required. Working knowledge of hardware, operation systems and the network required. Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
