Works under the general direction and supervision of the Director of Practice Operations. The Patient Engagement Manager will manage strategy for the patient experience within the designated practice, implement programs and initiatives centered on best practice standards, patient rating / feedback reporting, customer service and communication skills training. This position will assist in the development of the lean journey for the practice. The manager will monitor and track progress of various initiatives, throughout the practice for accountability, will identify areas for opportunity and drive success in patient experience and process improvement.
1. Education: Four year bachelor's degree required.
2. Licensure / Certifications: NC driver's License
3. Experience: 2 years experience in medical practice or clinical experience preferred.
